Shipping rates

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$99 or more to eligible destinations. Orders under US$99 are charged a US$20 standard shipping fee.

Certain remote or extended-delivery areas are excluded from standard free shipping. If an additional carrier surcharge applies and cannot be calculated at checkout, we will contact you before shipment. You may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to pay the surcharge.

Handling time

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. Handling time is the period from order placement until the package is handed to the carrier.

Carrier and transit estimates

HappieWatch currently primarily uses 4PX / 递四方, although other logistics methods may occasionally be used.

After carrier pickup, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. Estimated transit time for Saudi Arabia is 10–15 business days. Remote or special-service destinations may take longer and may require additional carrier charges.

These transit estimates begin after carrier pickup and do not include the 2–4 business-day handling period.

Import duties and taxes

HappieWatch currently bears applicable import duties and taxes. This statement does not label the shipping service as DDP.
