Refund policy
1. Voluntary Returns
For eligible orders outside applicable statutory withdrawal periods, we accept voluntary return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the watch must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Please contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where the relevant costs have been disclosed before purchase. A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible voluntary returns in markets where such a fee is legally permitted and has been properly disclosed.
This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, or to exchanges.
2. EU and UK Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Eligible customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom retain their applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Where a 14-day withdrawal period applies, customers may generally notify us of their decision within 14 days after delivery and must return the goods within the applicable legal timeframe.
For orders containing multiple items, the applicable statutory period is determined by the relevant legal requirements, including the delivery of the last item where required.
No restocking fee will be charged for a valid exercise of statutory withdrawal rights. Customers may be responsible for direct return postage where permitted by law and where this obligation was disclosed before purchase.
Where permitted by applicable law, compensation for diminished value may apply if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue and packaging.
The 24-hour reporting request helps us investigate and resolve issues promptly. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, as required by applicable law and the circumstances. HappieWatch will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
No restocking fee applies to these cases.
4. Return Destination and Instructions
Our designated return facility is in Shenzhen, China. Please contact us and obtain return authorization before shipping an item back. We will provide the complete return address and instructions after reviewing your request.
International return shipping can be costly. Please review the applicable return conditions and costs before placing an order.
5. Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method, generally within 3 business days where practicable and subject to any mandatory statutory deadline.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Where required by law, refunds will include the applicable original standard delivery charges. Any permitted deductions will be explained in accordance with the applicable return conditions and law.
6. Exchanges
Please contact us before sending an item back if you would like to request an exchange. No restocking fee applies to exchanges. Eligibility and return shipping arrangements will be confirmed during the review process.
7. How to start a return or exchange
Contact HappieWatch through our Contact Us page before sending an item. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Use a trackable mail or courier service.

8. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to operate alongside, and not replace, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase. Where mandatory rights provide greater protection than this policy, those rights prevail.
