Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a voluntary return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. Original accessories and packaging should also be included.

Voluntary returns for refund

For non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable mail or courier service. HappieWatch currently charges no restocking fee. After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the eligible refund will be initiated within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Voluntary exchanges

Eligible voluntary exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fee applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the actual shipping cost of the replacement item.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

No restocking fee applies to verified defective products, incorrect items, shipping-damaged items caused before delivery, or other cases where HappieWatch is responsible. In those cases, HappieWatch will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item so we can provide the appropriate instructions; we do not promise that a prepaid return label will be available in every destination.

Arrival problems

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, missing items or an obvious arrival defect, please preferably contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos or video so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request does not terminate or limit the 12-Month Limited Commercial Warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

Consumer rights

This voluntary return and exchange policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable local law.
